After undecorating, my place is looking pretty bare, but I don't mind. I love that sparse, buttoned-up look for winter. It complements the season and is a nice change after the excesses of the holidays.
I plan to spend a lot of time in January staying in and watching movies. My schedule is so busy through summer, fall, and the holidays, that I like to take January and February to be a little bit of a hermit.
I agree with your hermit statement. Netflix will be working hard this month.
